A	YES, all transactions are kept HIGHLY confidential. We can make payment out to individuals or companies (and we pay shipping charges).

Q	How do we get our equipment to you?
A	We ask that you send the equipment COD via UPS. You can monitor the shipment enroute to us and your payment back to you at www.UPS.com.

Q	How do we get paid?
A	We ask that you ship the equipment COD via UPS. That way, you can monitor the equipment enroute to us and your payment enroute back to you at www.UPS.com. This also gives us the ability to pay for the equipment upon delivery.

Q	Who pays for shipping?
A	We pay for shipping. However, UPS will ask you to pay for shipping at the the time you ship it. Simply add the shipping charges onto the COD collection amount. So, if we buy a system from your for $2,000 and UPS charges you $160 to ship the equipment, just make the COD collection amount out for $2,160 - that way you will be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

Q	Do you pay for shipping materials?
A	We only pay for actual UPS Ground shipping charges. We don't pay for packing materials or for a third party to do the packing.
